II. 授業目的と授業計画
このコースでは、英語教育学の研究に不可欠な a)統計的手法についての理解を深めるとともに、b) 言語テストの基本的な概念、ならびに c) 質問紙法の基礎的作成法も学びます。授業期間は2003年2月末から3月はじめの指定日です。

V. 成績評価
このコースの成績評価は、1) 授業への参加を伴う出席を40％として、2) データの統計分析報告を30%、3) 学術論文のCritical Reviewを30％として評価します。データの分析報告では、与えられたデータを授業で学んだ統計的手法を使い分析し、結果を報告してもらいます。学術論文のCritical Reviewでは、各自が興味のある分野の論文を１つ選び、その研究手法や統計手法、結論の出し方に関して批判的に論評してもらいます。なお、このCritical Reviewのレポートには、必ず批評対象となった論文のコピーを添付してください。それ以外の詳細に関しては追って指示します。
